I spilled a ½ gallon of dark brown paint on my light beige carpet at 630 pm. Kevin came within 30 minutes and cleaned the carpet completely. The Chem-Dry equipment he used is absolutely amazing. Added to that was his cheerful attitude and gracious personality (I have two small children and he was very kind and patient with their questions and stories). I highly, highly recommend this company for excellent quality carpet cleaning and superior customer service.
